At the heart of my teaching philosophy is the belief that every student deserves to feel seen, safe, and genuinely supported within a healthy learning environment. I strive to build a classroom where scaffolding is intentionally integrated to empower students, ensuring increased success for all. Recognizing that every learner is unique, I am committed to providing differentiated supports tailored to individual needs. Kindness, mutual respect, and healthy communication are the cornerstones of my classroom, fostering an atmosphere where everyone can flourish.

Learning through exploration and play

My background in early childhood education profoundly shapes my pedagogical approach, emphasizing the immense value of learning through play-based opportunities and exploration. I believe that hands-on activities are paramount in solidifying student understanding and making learning tangible. I deeply respect and prioritize utilizing children's natural interests to ignite curiosity, inspire deeper learning, and significantly increase engagement in all subjects. This approach makes learning meaningful and joyful.

Passion, empathy, resilience

As an educator, I am passionate, empathetic, and unwavering in my commitment to student success. I establish strong, clear boundaries that create a secure and predictable environment, allowing students to feel safe enough to take risks in their learning. My deepest desire is to better children's lives and support them in every way possible. I will never give up on a student, as my resilience fuels my dedication to guiding each and every one towards their fullest potential, no matter the challenge.
